Responsibilities

The Lead Cook will oversee the food service operations under the supervision of the Food Service leadership. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with department regulations and procedures in accordance with administrative policies and accreditation standards. The role involves developing standards for organization and supervision of food service, along with other duties as assigned or requested.
