Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare a daily report verifying transactions.
• Maintain accurate, sanitary storage of food.
• Serve food according to meal schedules and department policies.
• Use and care of kitchen equipment, including knives.
• Assist in major cleaning of refrigerators, freezers, and equipment.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and uniform policy.
• Coordinate with the Manager to prepare daily menu.
