Job summary

Lowes Foods is seeking a Foodservice Host in Huntersville, NC to provide friendly, efficient service to guests. You will take orders, process transactions, prepare products for sale, and help maintain cleanliness and stock across dining areas.

The role emphasizes guest communication, adherence to service standards, and multi-area cross-training to support store operations. Flexible hours with full-time opportunities and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing personality.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs. consistently.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read and understand information and direction.

Responsibilities

• Actively communicate to ensure polite, friendly, and attentive interactions with all guests and co-workers.
• Follow the Service Standards to ensure interactions meet Lowes Foods expectations.
• Maintain product level, quality and freshness per stocking/rotation practices.
• Maintain 5S/Simplify standards and sanitation in work areas.
• Take guest orders and process transactions.
• Prepare products for sale (expediting, packaging, cutting, weighing, pricing).
• Deliver in-store food orders to guest locations.
• Cross-train in multiple Foodservice areas and assist when needed.
