Summary

Performs a wide range of duties involved with preparing and/or serving foods and beverages in one or more of a variety of food service environments.

Essential Functions
  • Performs preparation duties such as rinsing, peeling, slicing, and dicing fruit and vegetables.
  • Weighs and measures ingredients.
  • Wraps, date-labels, and stores food items.
  • Cleans and organizes work areas, equipment, utensils, and service station.
  • Follows established recipes to prepare menu items.
  • Follows guidelines to ensure correct serving temperatures and adequate portion control.
  • Serves customers in a fast, efficient, and friendly manner.
  • Provides customers with information regarding food ingredients, availability, and pricing.
  • Escalates customer concerns and complaints to management.
  • Complies with relevant safety, hygiene, and service standards and procedures.
Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent required

Experience

Experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities of role 2-3 years required
