Job Summary

The purpose of this job is to manage the food service operation, maintaining established costs and quality standards so as to ensure superior service and maximize profits. To reach these goals, you will handle the following:

  • Leadership of multiple operations in the supporting an enrollement exceeding 10,000 students.
  • Develops, recommends, and implements policies and procedures of the district
  • Monitors Production Reports for compliance with NSLP Reimbursement parameters.
  • Monitor operational production to improve service efficiencies as well control production and operational inefficiencies.
  • Develops and motivates an service teams on campuses.
  • Visits units regularly to inspect unit operations to ensure operational compliance
  • Interfaces with onsite school administration.
  • Resolves client, resident ,and associate related complaints
  • Conducts appropriate scheduled audits and inspections.
  • Performs staff counseling and corrective action as well as performance evaluations
  • Completes all daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Projects a high level of customer service at all times
  • Trains, motivates, and develops personnel of Food Service Department.
