Ryze Superfoods LLC is seeking an organized and efficient individual for an outreach role responsible for engaging U.S. coffee shops and vendors. The job involves managing communication through email and chat, tracking progress, and utilizing CRM tools. Ideal candidates should have experience in customer support or administrative work and be able to work U.S. business hours.
In this role, you will be responsible for executing email and chat outreach to U.S. coffee shops and vendors using pre-approved templates. You’ll manage inbox responses, track communication progress, and support early-stage lead engagement.
