In this role, you will be responsible for executing email and chat outreach to U.S. coffee shops and vendors using pre-approved templates. You’ll manage inbox responses, track communication progress, and support early-stage lead engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Send outbound emails using approved templates and follow-up sequences
  • Respond to inquiries via email and chat in a timely, professional manner
  • Track outreach success and organize email threads for handoff to the Lead VA
  • Maintain lead activity records in tracking tools or CRM
  • Flag any non-templated inquiries or high-potential leads for custom follow-up
Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in customer support, outreach, or admin work
  • Working knowledge of email systems and CRM tools
  • Comfortable with English reading and writing; speaking not required
  • Organized, efficient, and deadline-driven
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work U.S. business hours
