  • Manage resources to ensure quality and cost control within budget.
  • Oversee operations related to production, distribution, and food service.
  • Develop operational forecasts and explain variances.
  • Coordinate with client management and maintain effective relationships.
  • Manage front-of-house operations and develop food service plans aligned with client’s mission and sustainable practices.
