Job summary

Summit in Franklin, PA, is seeking a motivated food service director to lead a corrections dining program and manage a team to ensure meals are served safely and on schedule.

You will budget, order ingredients, and collaborate with the district manager to meet targets while maintaining high service standards for inmates and staff.

Qualifications

• At least two years coordinating food service operations.
• Experience with industrial cooking.
• Excellent communication skills with hourly staff and company executives.
• Ability to manage in a diverse environment with a strong focus on client and customer services and satisfaction.
• Experience with and knowledge of all Microsoft Office suite applications.
• ServSafe and/or HACCP certification

The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add a motivated, effective food service director to our Corrections team in Franklin, PA. As a food service director, you will have the opportunity to lead a talented team of food service workers and manage all aspects of a food service department to ensure that customers and clients never miss a meal.
