Job summary

MB Healthcare's Eagle Rock Post Acute Care at Cedar Grove is seeking an experienced Food Service Director to oversee dietary services for a nursing home facility. You will manage staff, ensure meal preparation meets therapeutic menus, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include supervising kitchen operations, coordinating special events, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and patient satisfaction. A strong leader with long-term care food service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Food Service exp. in Long-Term Care settings strongly preferred.
• ServSafe certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of large scale & therapeutic food prep.
• Experience with State, County and Federal codes preferred.
• Solid leadership and supervisory skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
