Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the food service team to meet quality and safety standards
• Manage records of income, expenditures, and supplies using HCSG software
• Conduct staff training and perform various roles as needed
• Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and management
• Ensure safety and sanitation protocols are followed
• Represent HCSG positively in all interactions

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher in food service management or related field
• Minimum two years of experience in food service and supervision
• Certification as a Dietary Manager (preferred) and ability to obtain Food Protection Manager certification within 14 days
• Ability to lift and stand for extended periods
• Effective communication skills and positive attitude
• Residency within the service area required
