Food Service: Dietary Aide / Server

Part-Time and Full-Time Opportunities Available: Days during the week may vary; however, these positions enjoy every other weekend and every other holiday off!

• Casual Call
• 48 hours per 2-week pay period
• 80 hours per 2-week pay period; hours 10:30am-7pm

Example Schedules

AM: 6:30AM - 3:00 PM | 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM

PM: 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM | 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM

Eagle Crest Communities is seeking a caring and compassionate individual to join our top-notch culinary team. Our kitchen provides meals for 18 memory care residents, 42 assisted living residents, and up to 70 independent living plus residents at Eagle Crest North. We also prepare and send meals for up to 12 memory care residents and 16 assisted living residents at our Holmen locations.

What You’ll Do

• Provide a high-quality dining experience for residents by serving attractive and nutritious meals
• Responsible for cleaning, bussing, dishwashing, meal prep, and catering as needed
• Transport meals to other facilities in our organization

What You’ll Need

• Ability to multitask is essential
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
• Quantity cooking experience is a plus but not required
• Experience working with seniors or in a long-term care community is preferred
• Excellent customer service skills and basic math abilities are required
• Drivers must have a valid driver’s license and maintain a safe driving record

Our Wages

• Starting rate between $15.50 - $17.50 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Full-time servers start at $16.00+
• Wages will be reviewed at 100 days based on performance
