Food Service - Dietary Aide / Server

Part-Time Opportunities Available: Days of the week may vary; however, this position enjoys every other weekend and every other holiday off.

• 32 hours per 2-week pay period
• 28 hours per 2-week pay period

AM: 6:00am-2:30pm | 7:00am-3:00pm | 7:00am-3:30pm | 9:30am-6:00pm | 11:00am-3:00pm

PM: 3:30pm - 7:30pm | 4:00pm-7:30 pm | 4:00pm-7:30 pm

Position Overview

Eagle Crest Communities is seeking a Dietary Aide / Server to join our culinary team at Eagle Crest South. Our kitchen provides meals for residents in memory care, high acuity assisted living, assisted living, and independent living, as well as at Cass Street Assisted Living.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality dining experiences by preparing and serving attractive, nutritious meals.
• Perform duties including cooking in bulk, dish room and cleaning duties, serving residents, restocking, and other kitchen responsibilities, along with meal prep and catering as needed.
• Assist with breakfast prep, work in the bistro area, and perform baking tasks as assigned.
• Transport meals to Cass Street Assisted Living if required.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask effectively.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in quantity cooking is a plus but not required.
• Excellent customer service skills and basic math abilities.
• Experience working with seniors or in long-term care preferred.
• Drivers must have a valid driver’s license and maintain a safe driving record.

Wages

• Part-Time Servers: Starting between $15.50 and $17.00/hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
• Full-Time Servers: Starting between $16.00 and $17.50/hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
• Opportunity to train for additional roles such as Assistant Cook for higher pay.
• Wages reviewed after six months based on performance.
