Job Details

• Immediate full-time openings for FOOD SERVICE COMMISSARY (CASHIER/BARISTA).
• Location: One Vanderbilt - 1 Vanderbilt Avenue, New York, NY 10017. Note: online applications only.
• Schedule: Full time, with variable days and hours, including mornings, nights, and weekends. More details at interview.
• Experience: Previous cashier/barista experience preferred but not required.
• Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Prepares, presents, and serves food.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Serve food and maintain service and beverage stations for product quality and cleanliness.
• Prepare fresh fruits and vegetables.
• Follow approved recipes and standards for quality, temperature, and portion control.
• Assemble and serve branded products according to specifications.
• Assist cooks and senior food-service staff.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as induction burners, ovens, grills, fryers, and mixers.
• Complete food production records and maintain cleanliness.
• Serve customers efficiently and courteously, resolving concerns as needed.
• Collaborate with coworkers to ensure service standards, inventory, and cash control.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
