Food Service / Commercial Cleaning Service Manager Needed

Our family owned unique business operates cafeteria and vending services along with commercial cleaning services inside an industrial facility near Mason City, IA. We are A People Company that takes pride in preparing homestyle meals for plant employees to enjoy during their breaks and providing great cleaning services for our host facility.

We are looking for an experienced, dependable individual with food knowledge and commercial cleaning knowledge to oversee day-to-day operations. Must be able to operate commercial cleaning equipment. Must be 18 years or older.

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE

1. Hiring
2. Training cafeteria workers
3. Supervising cafeteria workers
4. Overseeing preparation of quality food along with proper quantity available per company standards
5. Taking bank deposits
6. Running daily / weekly computer reports
7. Preparing work schedules for employees
8. Taking monthly inventory
9. Ordering chemicals
10. Training cleaning workers
11. Supervising cleaning workers

Schedule: Monday to Friday dayshift, occasional Saturdays, and occasional Sundays.

Experience: 3 years of Supervising not Required, 5 years of Restaurant Management not Required. 3 years of Commercial Cleaning not Required.

Other: Driver's License Required. Able to obtain ServSafe Certification if not already certified.
