Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak, analyze, interpret, and understand English.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Ability to stand/walk for the duration of a scheduled shift.
• Ability to regularly lift 25 lbs., up to 60 lbs. occasionally.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures.
• Ability to handle fresh, dried, and/or processed foods without negative allergies.
• Ability to interact with customers in a friendly way.
• Ability to cooperate with others.
• Ability to operate department equipment and tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, neat, organized, and safe work environment.
• Sanitize all work surfaces, utensils and equipment to standards.
• Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Promote current charitable promotions to customers.
• Stock, clean, straighten and rotate product on shelves and displays.
• Prepare products (salads, sandwiches, chicken, pizza, pasta and entrees) per recipes and standards.
• Ensure proper temperatures are maintained in displays and storage areas.
• Receive and store product to ensure quality and rotation.
• Handle damaged or unsaleable product per policy.
• Maintain signage and alerts for product choices and ingredients.
• Operate required equipment and report issues promptly.
• Follow QA and safety standards and company policies.
