What You Will Be Doing

• Provide exceptional guest service while surrounded by roller coasters
• Greet guests and inquire about their favorite rides
• Take orders, suggest menu items, and upsell
• Serve fresh, made-to-order foods promptly
• Operate POS cash registers, handle money, and give correct change
• Prepare menu items like cheeseburgers, soft drinks, funnel cake sundaes, and more
• Maintain cleanliness by filling condiment dispensers, wiping tables, washing dishes, and ensuring safety

• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment
• Be friendly and outgoing to invite guests to your station
• Work well with team members to relay food orders

What You Will Need

• Must be at least 14 years old
• Basic computer skills and cash handling accuracy
• Ability to stand, walk, stoop, bend, and reach during shifts
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
