Responsibilities

• Sets up glasses, silverware, dishes, trays, napkins, condiments and cold items on a serving line.
• Removes dishes and trays from tables and cleans kitchen equipment and surfaces.
• Loads and operates dishwashers; washes tables and floors; cleans and sanitizes areas.
• Sorts and prepares fresh fruits/vegetables; assists in general kitchen duties as assigned.
