Providence St. Joseph Hospital Eureka is seeking a Food Service Attendant in the Nutrition Services Unit. This Per Diem role involves 8-hour variable shifts and supports patient meal service, trayline, and catering prep.
Under the direction of Nutrition Services leadership, you will perform food preparation, stocking patient floors, and event setup/cleanup. Prior food production experience and basic computer skills are preferred.

Under the direction of the Manager of Nutrition Services and the Supervisor of Nutrition Services, the Food Service Worker performs food preparation duties such as cold food, salad and catering production. Duties may include stocking patient floors, setting up and cleaning up catering events, and working a position on the patient trayline.
