Job summary

Compass Group USA's TouchPoint operation at Henry Ford Genesys in Grand Blanc, MI is hiring immediately for full or part-time Food Service Worker positions. You will prepare, present and serve food, and assist in daily dining operations.

The role offers a fixed pay rate of $15.00 per hour, requires flexibility for weekends and holidays, and includes benefits for both part-time and full-time staff with training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform prep work and serve customers.
• Adhere to food safety and rotation procedures.
• Willing to work on weekends and holidays.
• Ability to follow recipes and portion controls.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, presents and serves food.
• Performs prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting and seeding fruits and vegetables.
• Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Distributes supplies, utensils and portable equipment.
• Utilizes recipes and production standards to ensure proper serving temperatures and portions.
• Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Resolves customer concerns and relays information to supervisor.
• Ensures compliance with service standards and inventory and cash procedures.
