A Food Service Associate is responsible for all restaurant and food service operations, creating delicious southern comfort food loved by our customers. This role is challenging, rewarding, and offers growth opportunities.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 16 years old at hire.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a smile and provide a friendly experience.
• Complete prep work and prepare/cook menu items per Parker’s recipes.
• Follow approved cooking procedures to ensure quality standards.
• Ability to multitask, perform bending, standing, reaching, and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Working conditions:

• Shift length varies from 8 to 10 hours.
• Environment includes cement/tile flooring, fluorescent lighting, and potential wet floors, temperature extremes, and loud noise.
