Food Service Associate - Part Time - Day

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and deliver patient meals within strict deadlines, ensuring high patient satisfaction.
  • Assist with meal assembly, dishwashing, utility work, and register operation as needed.
  • Maintain compliance with dietary prescriptions and preferences.
  • Operate the register according to established procedures, including close-out and deposit steps.
  • Clean and sanitize equipment, workstations, refrigerators, and food warmers.
  • Perform sanitation tasks such as sweeping, mopping, garbage removal, and daily checklist completion.
  • Document food safety measures, including temperatures, chemical logs, and supply sheets.
  • Post menu boards and signage as assigned.
  • Prepare and serve food accurately following menu and portion guidelines.
  • Stock stations with food, supplies, and other items.
  • Inspect china for cleanliness and chipping.
  • Deliver and pick up food trucks and meals as scheduled.
  • Follow proper food handling and safety regulations, including HACCP, Aide, and HIPAA guidelines.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned, adhering to organizational standards.
