Overview

Serves, prepares, assembles, and delivers food according to specified menu and dietary procedures. Performs proper cleaning and sanitation of foodservice dishes, utensils, equipment, and work area. Follows all HACCP and Food Safety Regulations. Ensures safe, attractive, and delicious food for patients and guests. Provides exemplary customer service. Must be able to deliver, set up, and serve food on a limited time schedule.
