Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of vibrant menus.
• Keep all working areas clean and tidy.
• Provide welcoming customer service and greet guests.
• May work anywhere on property where food is prepared or served.
• Assist in setup and serving of food from counters and steam tables.
• Set up stations with entrées, soups, salads, breads, condiments and utensils.
• Stock general items in service area.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work stations.
