Valor Oil’s Hop Shops division is hiring a Food Service Associate in Verona, KY. You will work across multiple stations, report to the Store Manager or Food Service Manager, and contribute to efficient daily operations.

The role requires following safety procedures, lifting heavy objects, and effective communication with team members. Immediate start with multiple shifts available and competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food service lines set-up and temperature requirements.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions.
• Ability to lift and manipulate heavy objects.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Sets up food service, kitchen, or prep area facilities and equipment per instructions.
• Conveys food and supplies from main kitchen to serving site.
• Maintains food lines and proper temperatures for menu items.
• Prepares or assists in preparing hot and cold foods and beverages.
• Replenishes foods, condiments, and serving ware as needed.
• Keeps work areas clean and monitors for spoiled or unattractive items.
