Huck's Market in Kentucky is seeking a Teen Associate to support daily shift operations, greet customers, restock shelves, and help maintain a clean, welcoming store environment.

You will follow store policies, assist with opening and closing duties, and participate in safety, merchandising, and loyalty program initiatives while learning all aspects of store operations. This entry-level role offers flexible hours, on-the-job training, and opportunities to grow with the team.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide courteous service adhering to Best In Class standards.
• Keep store appearance aligned with company expectations and standards.
• Assist in opening and readiness of the store during all hours.
• Follow the vision/mission statement and report to Store Manager.
• Complete shift checklists and properly record hours worked.
• Advise Store Manager of personnel situations or policy violations.
• Follow the Company Responsible Retailing policy.
• Ensure shift procedures are followed and maintain a safe environment.
• Maintain stocked shelves and readies high-margin products as directed.
• Ensure store floors and fixtures are clean; report maintenance problems.
• Follow lifting procedures and use wet floor signs as required.
• Promote Huck’s Bucks Loyalty app and assist customers with sign-up and usage.
