Global Partner's is looking for a Food Service Associate/ Deli Clerk. Our Fresh Food Associate is responsible for the store's deli and food service daily operations, ensuring a high level of sanitation, store appearance, and guest service.

• Process cash register transactions, including giving change and refunds.
• Learn to use registers, scales, scanners, and debit/credit terminals.
• Use UPC codes, store signage, and memorize register keys and codes.
• Read UPC codes, product labels, shelf signage, and company policies.
• Work with deli ingredients, including meats, vegetables, spices, nuts, sauces, and oils.
• Ensure correct weights and pricing with scale printers.
• Monitor product pricing, signage, and placement, including shelf tags and signage.
• Keep check stand and work areas clean and organized.
• Prepare, wrap, weigh, slice, and stock deli/food service products, rotating for quality and safety.
• Prepare and cook deli items like fried foods, salads, sandwiches, roller grill items, beverages, and snacks.
• Work safely around slicers, tools, and hot equipment.
• Display products following department and merchandising guidelines.
• Take guest orders, ensuring timely and satisfactory service.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.

Additional Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, evenings, and assist other locations.
• 2 years of foodservice or retail management experience.
• Reliable transportation and an active driver's license.
• Serv-safe certification preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.

• Work in coolers and freezers.
• Stand for long periods, bend, twist, and lift/maneuver supplies and merchandise.
• Use necessary equipment like knives, slicers, ovens, and fryers safely.
