Job summary

Henry Ford Health Wyandotte Hospital in Michigan is seeking a Food Service Assistant to provide timely, accurate meal service for patients, staff, and visitors. You will also perform cashier duties and assist in diet office tasks, supporting dietary needs and meal planning.

In this role you will help manage inventory, maintain sanitation in the dish room, and complete other assigned tasks to support the food service team in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or six (6) months to one (1) year of previous work experience in a food service or cash handling setting.
• Ability to read, write, speak English, and follow oral and written instructions.
