Responsibilities

• Operate dishwasher and dispose of trash.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen areas and equipment.
• Assist with loading/unloading and transporting food carts.
• Load, wash, and sanitize dishes, pots and pans.
• Assist with daily cleaning of dining areas and storage spaces.
• Follow posted cleaning schedules and safety standards.
