Aramark Corporation is seeking a Food Service Area Manager to oversee dining operations for multiple schools in Texas. As a Food Service Area Manager you will plan, manage, and guide contracted services for a cluster of schools within a K-12 client school district to meet operating and financial goals, client objectives, and customer needs.
The Food Service Manager is a management position responsible for developing and implementing dining solutions to meet customer needs and tastes within the assigned cluster of school. Oversees and manages dining operations where customers order prepared foods from a menu. With knowledge of the client’s business, positive relationship building skills, a strong financial accumen, and a focus on safety, our team makes a difference every day.

Requires at least 3 years of Student Nutrition experience
Requires at least 3 years of experience in a management role
Bachelor's degree preferred
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain effective client and customer rapport for mutually beneficial business relationships
Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service using Aramark's standard service model
Ability to maintain an effective working relationship with other departments to a unified food service experience for all customers
Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lb.
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
