Job summary

Pilgrim Place in Claremont, CA is seeking a compassionate Food Service Aide to join our senior living community on a part-time basis. You will assist with meal prep, service, and dining room upkeep, supporting residents with dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• Preferred one year of food service and production experience.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Prepares assigned food items, including vegetables, fruit, salads, and meal setup.
• Supports meal service, dining room preparation, and cleanup after meals.
• Follows proper cleaning, laundry, and sanitation procedures in all work areas.
• Organizes, stores, and rotates supplies while maintaining food safety standards.
• Assists with special events, safety practices, and other assigned kitchen duties.
