Job summary

NHC HealthCare Milan is seeking a dependable Full-Time Dietary Aide to join our Food & Nutrition Services team, helping with meal prep, service, and sanitation to support patients and residents.

Your rotating shifts run 9:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. and 11:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.; availability for both is required. Previous food service or healthcare experience is preferred but not required. We offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits, including health coverage and time off.

NHC HealthCare Milan is seeking a dependable and caring Full-Time Dietary Aide (Food & Nutrition Services Aide) to join our team!

This position offers a full-time schedule with rotating shifts between 9:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. and 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. Candidates must be available to work both shifts as scheduled.

As a Dietary Aide, you will assist with meal preparation and service, maintain a clean and sanitary dining environment, and support our team in delivering quality nutritional care to our patients and residents.
