Overview

Join Team Atlantis! As a Food Server in the Manhattan Deli, you will be responsible for taking guest orders, serving delicious dishes such as piled-high sandwiches, traditional Matzoh Ball soup, Bagels & Lox, the Manhattan Cobb Salad, and more, while ensuring each guest's satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly with a smile
• Take food and beverage orders and accurately enter them into the system
• Recommend menu items to guests
• Communicate any food allergies or special dietary needs to kitchen staff
• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment with high-quality food
• Provide attentive service, including refilling drinks and checking on guest needs during meals
• Address customer service issues promptly and refer to management when necessary
• Perform cleaning duties at the service station, kitchen, and dining area

Physical Requirements

While performing these duties, you may need to stand, walk, sit, handle objects or tools, reach with hands and arms. Occasionally, you should be able to lift or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus.

Qualifications
