Responsibilities include setting up both front and back of the house, assisting during meal periods, clearing and resetting tables, pouring water, and ensuring food safety compliance in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a food server assistant or similar in a restaurant setting (not required)
• Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, outstanding customer service and problem-solving abilities, and a strong work ethic
• Detail-oriented and able to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Job Summary:

The Food Server Assistant must be energetic, possess excellent foot speed and exhibit a friendly demeanor. This role works closely with servers to ensure guest needs are met in a timely manner. The successful candidate is also responsible for ensuring impeccable cleanliness of the restaurant, executing food and beverage service according to The Breakers standards, and adhering to food safety standards. Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates should have previous experience as a food server assistant or a similar position in a restaurant setting; however, this is not required. They must have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, outstanding customer service and problem-solving abilities, and a strong work ethic. The successful candidate must also be detail-oriented and able to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
