Job summary

The Breakers Palm Beach is seeking a Food Server Assistant to support the dining team with prompt, friendly service. You will work closely with servers to meet guest needs, maintain impeccable restaurant cleanliness, and ensure safe food handling according to Breakers standards.

You will set up the front and back of house, assist during meal periods, pour water, clear dishes, reset tables, run food, and contribute to a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a food server assistant or similar restaurant role is preferred but not required.
• Positive attitude, excellent communication, and strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

They must have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, outstanding customer service and problem-solving abilities, and a strong work ethic. The successful candidate must also be detail-oriented and able to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
