Job summary

Wet Willie's is looking for a dedicated server in Tempe, Arizona, to enhance the guest dining experience in a fast-paced atmosphere. You'll be responsible for welcoming guests, providing menu tours, and maintaining excellent service throughout their visit.

Qualifications

• Welcome each guest with a friendly smile
• Provide a tour of Macayo's menu, highlighting our fresh homemade food
• Take pride in ensuring that all food served is hot (when applicable) fresh and accurate
• Maintain great service throught the guest's visit, providing timely order taking, refills, check fulfillment and ensuring cleanliness
• Ensure a memorable dining experience for every guest, assisting teammates in accomplishing this when necessary
• Do whatever it takes to make sure every guest leaves happy and willing to return and recommend Macayo's to all

Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Valid Food Handler's Card required with 30 days of hire
• Prefer a minimum of one year of previous serving experience
• Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written)
• Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time
