Job summary

Spire Hospitality LLC is seeking a PM shift Food Server to elevate our hotel's dining experience. You will take and deliver food and beverages, ensuring guest satisfaction and handling payments through the PMS system.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 1 year of server experience, and required certifications: Alcohol Beverage Server and Food Handlers. This is a full-time tipped role with benefits and an early pay option.

• Alcohol Beverage Servers Certification required.
• Food Handlers Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class service to our guests with engagement and thoughtfulness.
• Take and deliver guests' food and beverage orders with enthusiasm, regularly revisit table to ensure beverages are filled and guest satisfaction.
• Generate checks through PMS and receive payments efficiently for each guest.
• Maintain daily organization of the restaurant, ensuring all condiments and supplies are replenished.
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock shortages.
• Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and optimal functionality of all restaurant and service workstations.

Essential Job Functions

$8 - $8.20 pay per hour this is a Tipped position

Physical Demands

• Kneel, stoop, grasp, lift and carry, and transport 50 - 75lbs
• Work most of the shift standing and moving about in the restaurants and kitchen areas

Qualifications

Education

• High school diploma or its equivalent

Experience

• Minimum of 1 year Server experience in a similar role, size of operation preferred
• Alcohol Beverage Servers Certification required
• Food Handlers Certification required
