Job summary

Spire Hospitality, LLC is seeking a Food & Beverage team member to deliver outstanding guest service in a hotel restaurant setting. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction with a friendly, professional attitude.

The role requires 1 year of server experience and Alcohol Beverage Server Certification as well as Food Handlers Certification. This is a full-time position with competitive benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Server experience in a similar role.
• Alcohol Beverage Server Certification required.
• Food Handlers Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class service to our guests with engagement and thoughtfulness.
• Take and deliver guests' food and beverage orders with enthusiasm, regularly revisit table to ensure beverages are filled and guest satisfaction.
• Generate checks through PMS and receive payments efficiently for each guest.
• Maintain daily organization of the restaurant, ensuring all condiments and supplies are replenished.
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock shortages.
• Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and optimal functionality of all restaurant and service workstations.

Essential Job Functions

Pay rate per hour :

Physical Demands

• Kneel, stoop, grasp, lift and carry, and transport 50 – 75lbs
• Work most of the shift standing and moving about in the restaurants and kitchen areas

Qualifications:

Education:

• High school diploma or its equivalent

Experience

• Minimum of 1 year Server experience in a similar role, size of operation preferred
• Alcohol Beverage Servers Certification required
• Food Handlers Certification required
