Job summary

Chatsworth Commons Senior Living in Chatsworth, CA is seeking a Server to help maintain a clean and safe dining room while serving residents and guests at meal times.

You will prep service areas, buss tables, and ensure proper food handling and labeling according to infection control standards; prior food service experience is helpful but not required. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous food server experience and service experience preferred but not required.
• Food Handlers or Serv Safe certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, orderly and safe dining room and service area.
• Prepare dining room and service areas before each meal.
• Serve residents and guests as they arrive in the dining room at serving times.
• Buss tables during meals.
• Clean and reset dining room after each meal.
• Clean and organize service area after each meal.
• Store and label food properly for infection control.
• Record meal counts after each meal.
• Clean equipment and work areas according to schedule.
• All other duties as assigned by Culinary Director/Chef/Lead Cook or Executive Director
