Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD in Food Science, Meat Science, Food Engineering or related field required.
• Level II requires 2+ years of relevant experience; Level I requires 0+ years or MS/PhD with no experience.
• Strong laboratory, data analysis and regulatory knowledge expected.

Responsibilities

• Develop and commercialize new products and processes from concept to launch.
• Lead cook validations and document experimental results across lines and fryers.
• Collaborate with marketing, FSQA, operations and purchasing for scale‑up.
• Prepare product specifications, cost analyses and labeling compliance.
• Support process development and pilot plant testing.
