Job summary

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Food Science or closely related field.
• Demonstrated experience teaching Food Science at undergraduate/graduate level.
• Industry, regulatory, extension, or applied experience in Food Science.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills.
• Evidence of service to university or community.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Food Science.
• Serve as primary academic advisor and mentor for Food Science students.
• Provide leadership and coordination for Food Science curriculum and assessment.
• Collaborate with faculty and students to advance Food Science education.
• Engage in service to department, college, university and profession.
