As a Food Safety Team Member, you will be joining the leader in food safety solutions! This entry-level position includes a structured training program with opportunities for career growth. We offer weekly pay, full benefits, and bonus opportunities. Applicants must be 18 years or older due to the nature of the work.

You will start as a trainee, learning to clean and sanitize plants while understanding and following all food safety and safety policies. We will teach you what to do and how to keep yourself and teammates safe.

This role helps you develop life skills and become part of a unique, family-like culture. You will feel pride in protecting America’s food supply!

Responsibilities include:

• Performing PSSI’s verified 8-Step Sanitation process
• Physical activities such as lifting, pushing, and pulling sanitation equipment
• Working with sanitation chemicals, with training provided
• Adhering to safety protocols, with training provided
• Working in wet, hot, or cold environments, with gear provided
