As a Food Safety Team Member, you will join the leader in food safety solutions! This entry-level position includes structured training and opportunities for career advancement. We offer weekly pay, full benefits, and bonus opportunities. Applicants must be 18 years or older.

You will start as a trainee, learning to clean and sanitize plants while adhering to all food safety policies. We will teach you how to ensure safety for yourself and your teammates.

This role helps you develop life skills and become part of a unique team culture focused on teamwork, hard work, and family values. You will take pride in protecting America’s food supply!

Responsibilities include:

• Performing the verified 8-Step Sanitation process
• Physical activities such as lifting, pushing, and pulling sanitation equipment
• Working with and around sanitation chemicals (training provided)
• Following safety protocols (training provided)
• Working in wet, hot, or cold environments (gear provided)
