As a Food Safety Team Member, you will be joining the leader in food safety solutions! This entry-level position offers structured training and opportunities for career advancement. We provide weekly pay, full benefits, and bonus opportunities. Applicants must be 18 years or older.

You will start as a trainee, learning to clean and sanitize plants while adhering to all food safety policies. We will teach you how to keep yourself and your teammates safe.

This role helps you develop life skills and become part of a unique, family-like culture. You will take pride in protecting America’s food supply!

Responsibilities

• Perform PSSI’s verified 8-Step Sanitation process
• Physical activities such as lifting, pushing, and pulling sanitation equipment
• Work with PSSI-issued sanitation chemicals (training provided)
• Follow specific safety protocols (training provided)
• Work in wet, hot, or cold environments (gear provided)
