Position Overview

You will start as a trainee, learning to clean and sanitize plants while adhering to all safety and food safety policies. We will provide comprehensive training to ensure your safety and the safety of your teammates.

This role helps develop valuable life skills and integrates you into a unique team culture focused on teamwork, hard work, and pride in protecting America's food supply.

Responsibilities

• Perform verified 8-Step Sanitation process
• Engage in physical activities like lifting, pushing, and pulling sanitation equipment
• Work with sanitation chemicals, following safety protocols
• Operate in wet, hot, or cold environments with provided gear
