As a Food Safety Team Member, you will be joining the leader in food safety solutions! This entry-level position offers a structured training program with opportunities for career advancement. We provide weekly pay, full benefits, and bonus opportunities. You must be 18 years or older to apply.

You will start as a trainee, learning to clean and sanitize plants while understanding and following all food safety policies and procedures. We will teach you what to do and how to keep yourself and your teammates safe on the job.

This role will help you develop life skills and become part of a unique team culture—focused on teamwork, hard work, and family values. You will feel pride in protecting America’s food supply!

Responsibilities include:

• Performing PSSI’s verified 8-Step Sanitation process
• Physical activities such as lifting, pushing, and pulling sanitation equipment
• Working with sanitation chemicals (training provided)
• Following safety protocols (training provided)
• Working in wet, hot, or cold environments (gear provided)
