Job summary

The Terminix International Company Limited Partnership is seeking a Food Safety Specialist to support hotel, restaurant, and grocery clients by upholding brand standards, ensuring food safety, and delivering friendly, customer-focused service.

Travel 50-70% is required; CP-FS certification is required or in progress; ServSafe or CP-FS certification a plus; valid driver’s license; benefits start day one.

Qualifications

• CP-FS certification meet requirement or in progress
• ServSafe or CP-FS certification a plus
• Valid driver’s license
• Licenses/certificates as required by regulations (covered by us)

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits and inspections to verify conformity to brand standards
• Observe food safety and sanitation practices during client sites
• Travel 50-70% to client locations, including evenings/weekends
• Provide training and coaching to client staff on safety protocols
• Investigate food safety incidents and develop corrective actions
• Maintain documentation and records to demonstrate compliance
• Influence others with tact and clear feedback in an autonomous environment
