Job summary

The Terminix International Company Limited Partnership is seeking a Food Safety Specialist to support hotel, restaurant and grocery clients in upholding brand standards and delivering safe, high-quality service. You will conduct audits, observe food safety practices, and partner with clients to address discrepancies while traveling 50–70% of the time.

Ideal candidates have CP-FS and ServSafe certifications, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication and time-management skills to train

Qualifications

• CP-FS certification or eligibility required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Experience with ServSafe and CP-FS is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
• Excellent listening, organization and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits and inspections for client sites to verify regulatory and brand standards.
• Observe food prep and cooking to ensure safety and sanitation.
• Partner with clients to address root causes of discrepancies and create corrective action plans.
• Coach and train client staff on safe work practices.
• Investigate food safety incidents and maintain documentation.
• Travel 50–70% to visits, including some evenings and weekends.
