Qualifications

• Must be able to work in wet, cold, hot, dusty areas and at heights.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds routinely.
• Must read and understand chemical labels, MSDS, SOPs and SSOPs.
• Must follow master sanitation procedures and logs.
• Must work safely and report hazards immediately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of facilities by foaming, sanitizing, scrubbing, and scraping with various chemicals and tools.
• Complete the master sanitation schedule of daily, weekly, and monthly tasks and logs.
• Sort chemicals, mix, and fill sanitizer tanks.
• Understand and comply with SOPs, GMPs, and HACCP.
• Wear required PPE and participate in safety programs.
