The Mennel Milling Company is seeking a sanitation associate to perform cleaning operations across the facility to uphold our Food Safety and Quality standards. You will adhere to GMPs, OSHA, HACCP, and FSMA requirements and participate in required training to keep the plant audit-ready.

This role requires standing and lifting up to 50 pounds, following safety protocols, and working shifts as assigned with overtime as needed in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to adapt to changing plans on short notice.
• Strong communication with all levels of the organization.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities.

Responsabilités

• Follow all safety rules and sanitation guidelines (GMP, OSHA, HACCP, FSMA).
• Operate equipment safely and maintain designated areas.
• Keep break rooms and restrooms clean; manage trash and recyclables.
• Support other duties as assigned.
