Job summary

RPM SPG is seeking a sanitation associate to maintain cleanliness and food safety across processing lines and equipment. You will perform daily sanitation, ensure food defense, and promote a safe workplace while following corporate safety requirements.

You will also complete logs, reports and shift paperwork and communicate with the Production Supervisor to ensure documentation is accurate and timely.

Qualifications

• Must possess good reading, writing and math skills.
• Must be safety conscious and able to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Willing to work varied shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Read and understand HACCP, SQF and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily sanitation of all processing lines and mixing rooms.
• Ensure food safety and food defense in the plant.
• Promote a safe workplace through knowledge of sanitation program and safety rules.
• Fill out daily sanitation logs, performance reports and shift paperwork.
• Maintain documentation and communicate with Manager and shift supervisors.
